Not a licensed realtor in Chicago Illinois

Hello All,

I'm new to wholesaling and looking to get my feet wet after months of education. I have a bit of a problem.

I have two leads (close contacts) that are interest in unloading about 5 properties in the Chicagoland area. With the policies enacted last year, I am unable to jump on these deals as I am not yet a licensed realtor.

Any tips on what I can do to still benefit from my findings? My leads and I have negotiated two offers so far and they are looking for an official but I'm unsure on my next steps.

Should I just do my 1 deal and say goodbye? Do I have any options?

Thanks in advance!
