Unless you're friends with your tenants, it may intrude on their privacy. 

@Waylon GatesThere are many reasons the Solo 401k is the preferred structure.Contributions limits are roughly 10x higher, there is no custodial requirement for the 401k, you can take participant loans, you don't need the additional expense and administration of an LLC to have checkbook control, there is a built in-Roth component, a spouse can participate, there are additional tax benefits, there is generally greater privacy, and the plans are often quicker to setup and cost less money over time especially compared to most IRA LLCs.

That said, If you have a home with some privacy and off-street parking, I think it could really work.

The Utah MLS's are very aggressive in protecting the privacy (sales prices) of the Realtors' clients, so my guess it the data freeze applies to Realtor.com as well.  

There are people who feel that conducting a little social media research is a violation of privacy.

Both will have separate parking/entrances from street and I'll probably put a privacy fence along back side of apt so main home can enjoy backyard in privacy. 

It looks beautiful and shoots up to the second floor covering the master bedroom windows which provides a much needed privacy from the neighbors  who's lot is very close by.

I've dabbled in options trading and cryptocurrency but I'm switching my strategy up and planning to build businesses and real estate assets so I can have multiple streams of income while working a 9-5.

There are some differences to note but some similarities as well.It is a lot easier to get lists in the US but due to privacy laws Canada doesn't offer the same level of lists you can get in the USA.
