It does put the amount of the loan on pause in your TSP and until its paid off.

Actually I would encourage you to consider buying as large a property as you can as interest rate are at historical lows and your timing might be perfect, especially as it relates to a seller that needs to sell at a moment when everyone else is hitting the pause button.

Hi @Nate Pucel, this is an understandable situation to have some pause about.  

Some are pausing their lending.

Just curious Are we still Cold Calling asking if they want to sell their house or are we all on pause until it’s over?

Now many cities and states have paused evictions (New York for example) but many have not.

The Colorado Bar Association, in coordination with the DORA, just released a new form/contract for "real estate contracts that real estate brokers can use to 'pause' pending real estate transactions where the parties want to close but cannot due to circumstances caused by COVID-19."

Taking time to pause and analyze the performance of my holdings has been eye opening.
