Ryan, although I do business in MA, I don't have rentals in MA, only NH, so I don't pay as much attention to the MA eviction process as I do to other MA laws. 

I am in the process of selling a house here in Sydney and with the proceeds of the sale, wish to buy a multi-family in NH (probably Manchester).

How do I look up eviction record in Manchester NH or NH in general?

If you bring it to a bank in MA (Which is also a requirement, even if you regularly use a branch in say NH open the account in an MA branch, it's the law...) they know the deal and usually have these specific accounts and if you are doing your business banking with them you should not run into fee issues.  

I'm seeing a few different "parameters" though on how to narrow them down.We're looking in Southern NH only right now.

I don't see anything about this in NH law.

We bought our current residence in Southern NH and with the market bouncing back we seem to have some equity on our hands.
