Novice Investor in NH

Hello and thank you all for your willingness to share your experience through Biggerpockets.com!  I sort of fell into real estate when my wife and I realized it made more sense to rent out our Boston condo instead of selling it.  We bought our current residence in Southern NH and with the market bouncing back we seem to have some equity on our hands.  We're looking to make real estate investing into a real income source and are excited to learn all we can!
