But an extension of credit no matter how you couch it could be construed as a loan..the reality is from my perspective and I have owned multiple HM parks.. the risk is not very great but you may not be 100% compliant either with your process if taken to the mat

Well, after seeing the house, I have an update...It's still in perfect condition and I have just acquired 2 beds, 2 couches, a fridge, washer/dryer, 2 desks, a kitchen table, pots and pans, etc.

I think that's one point.And if you go the rental route then you need to know going in that this is not just as easy as sitting on your couch and collecting coupons like you were making investments in CD's.

Also, a lot of them are lazy couch potatoes, so unless they are young, wild and untrained, they do no more damage than other dogs.
