LOL Since you are probably targeting parents, would-be students and possibly guest lecturers/instructions I'm probably less focused on the noise issues, but I think value in the technology and work space areas is still relevant. 

I actually read the entire book and took notes that I used along with class lectures. 

My issue is getting the process going, I know we must take half of the house down but the engineer I contacted gave me this whole lecture as to why he can’t help me, me being very resourceful want to only find people with a vision ( those who find a way).

I say that because you are 62 years old (I'm 63) and should have way beyond the usual financial mistakes by now... okay, lecture over.

We take tenant safety seriously and tell/lecture tenants about fire risk and fire safety.
