Hello everybody!

I am currently studying for my real estate license in Illinois. Does anybody have any advice/tips for me before going in to take the exam? I will be taking the exam within the next few weeks. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Just passed my State and National exam here in the great state of Texas yesterday. The #1 thing that helped me pass these tests was to actually go through the process of purchasing a primary residence, and asking the realtor questions along the way. Studying the contracts was another huge help. I printed the contracts and found YouTube videos of a Texas Broker who went line by line explaining them.

The last piece of advice is to take your time and do not stress while taking the exams. I went back over each test three times cause I had so much remaining time.
