Get a damage restoration company involved.

If the property was involved in a bk it was put into an estate for the entity who filed.

If you need eyes and ears or want an opinion on a specific property, I am always happy to assist. 

Because obviously there was no skill or courage involved, and houses will definately be cheaper in 20 years. 

If a trainer won't do that, and if a guaranteed property isn't involved, it goes nowhere.
