This is assuming there is not a ton of deferred maintanence on the building so definitely have a formal inspection and contractors walk it.

My lease tells the tenant they should let me know if they are moving out at the end of the lease 60 days in advance, and that I intend to give them a formal 30 day notice to vacate the premises when we're 30 days from the end of the lease.

This mansion was formerly a formal Bed and Breakfast. it has the legitimate hotel fire protection devices and systems such as stairway lighting, pull down alarms and a full commerciall alarm system which are a bouns $40-50 k system not found in other places.
