I do want to bounce back the question of do proper ventilation have any inverse correlation with pests infestations especially mouse and rats in homes?

I'm from omaha Nebraska and know the area these homes and apartments are located and everything you see on that show is real it's sad but it's real most of these homes are paid for by the state or housing so the property owners don't really care too much because they know it's a constant cash flow and the people living in the units don't have the credit to move to a nice place but I don't understand How they can charge almost 700 for rent in an roach/rat infested unit and be able to sleep at night

Pests don't hang around if theres no food or drink....kinda like people.The Standard Form lease, Maintenance Addendum says" tenants have to keep the premises free from visible infestations of roaches, ants. hornets, bees, mice and other pests".

Me personally I started in a tech high school studing Carpentry and did that for a while after high school, worked in the record labels in NYC, club promotion, car sales, medical, insurance, etc... and did a full circle to what I love... something about treading through over grown, vacant, smelly, flee infested, houses has a very theraputic effect on me.
