Others that rent them will be more in the near homeless class.Also normal people renting the bedrooms will be very uncomfortable with someone renting a place in the living room.Can the rooms have private bathrooms?

Don't tell them they need to "move out" because mentally that plants a seed of doubt in their mind that they might be homeless, be sure to say they need to find another apartment so there is no doubt that they will be able to do so.
