For example, increase the nightly rate based on high demand times that may not correspond with obvious high demand dates like holidays (e.g. festivals or events I’m that area that draw large crowds to that region).Ask specifically what their plan is to rent it out, what kind of occupancy you can expect, what amenities they recommend or require and what you can expect to make in gross proceeds.

Weeks later is near inexcusable.We've had a few times when prices were off by a huge margin due to a software integration issue (priced at 10% of market value for a Festival booking) when someone jumped on the price, and instant booked, when the price was literally only live a few hours.

Having just wrapped up a condo renovation project in Lowell, it is indeed not the city it was even 5 years ago: safe/walkable downtown, festivals every month, and a great diversity of restaurants, so long as you’re willing to walk a bit farther out of downtown to find the family-owned restaurants that have not yet been gentrified out.
