Air BNB, Grapevine, Tx

I'm an investor in Texas.  I'm buying a house in Grapevine, Tx. (DFW)  to use to visit family "part time".  I want to use as BNB in this popular area the other times of the year.  There is currently law suit with city and home owners to restrict.  I'm not using as full time BNB but definitely want that option.  Any experienced folks in the area ?
