Negotiating with Home Sellers - Getting their real timeline

I'm talking about "nonverbal communication"what your facial expressions and body language say can be opposed to what year word center saying. If you watch the show Colombo with Peter Falk, you'll see the actor use his face to convey certain emotions. If you make your eyes look big, you make yourself look naïve and innocent, which is nonthreatening. If you have a scrunchy face or confused look, you usually have the seller feel like they need to go into more detail.

I still remember the look on the face of a young first-time homebuyer hedge fund person (so she knows all the fancy financial words, but not a lot about mortgages) when I used the term "negative amortization," it took about 10 seconds to slowly go from normal facial expression, to mortified and in shock, as she processed what those two words together mean in the mortgage context.

Would you be OK if your realtor had full sleeve tattoo?
4 December 2020 | 180 replies
If you're living in C-class and you have a full-sleeve tattoo, you're cutting yourself off from a number of possible jobs you might apply for if you lose your existing job.So you might lose some money if you tend to deal with this kind of landlord in your job. When I started in real estate sales this conversation was about mustache's and beards.. well just look at Brandon Turner I think he solved the Beard discussion.. the point was public liked clean shaven and there was distrust to facial hair independent studies proved this..
