Hello Fellow BP members,

Just wanted to give a shout out and hello. My name is Justin and I have been learning about investing in real-estate for just about 1/2 a year now. BP has been my go to site for learning and inspiration from all of the wonderful stories everyone posts. However, I am now more confident in my potential and thanks to Brandon Turner, I want to turn my learning into action and this is my first step. I hope to acquire a live-in duplex or triplex soon and very excited to connect and continue to learn from the vast knowledge that BP community brings.
