We have couple turnkeys, and couple of BRRRs that we did so far (all are single family residential properties with long-term tenants).We are interested in exploring commercial real estate, and wanted to get all of your help in getting started. 

Alternatively, explore a self-directed IRA to invest directly in real estate without triggering taxes or penalties.

Also, are you focusing on opportunities in your local market, or are you exploring other areas as well?

Then, if you are not satisfied with what you find, you can explore other options, but for now, I would find out what is happening on the ground face to face.Best of luck - Chris
