They are making absolutely nothing deploying that money with you.

I'm always TDY/deployed, I have cash, just not the time, others have the opposite issue.

If you can make friends and get to know people and LIKE people, then you can deploy that relationship in a manner for all to make money.

If the objective is maximizing cash-flow in the short-term and you have the capital to deploy, I think the other options are better.But the main downside for me isn't the lower margins for option 1.

March 2016: I had just started my first deployment and one day, while on Facebook, I came across Biggerpockets and decided to follow them and didn't think anything special about it.

BP Community, I am in the military and am getting deployed soon. 

They signed a document, outside of some very specific situations (military deployments, imprisonment, etc.) their legal obligation is absolute. 

@Raffie Mardickian have you figured out how you want to deploy that money yet?

I'm active duty in the Navy, and as such, spend a lot of time on deployment (like I am now), I've been listening to the podcast for the last few months as I downloaded them all before I left.
