Beyond the curb appeal it's really the first impression you'll give to a potential tenant and to a current tenant for that matter.

Comps are still looking good, but I haven't had an offer, not even a low one.I didn't see that my house had a small master bed / bath, that could be a setback, and also a poor curb appeal, because when I bought it, it was super ugly; I was only focused on numbers.

Depending on your budget- the curb appeal would be greatly enhanced by painting the brick a lighter color- white or pale gray so that the entry doesn’t look so dark and unwelcoming.
