You cant make the compressor component ship faster from the vendor which they have no control.

The newer refrigerants run at higher pressures and the older compressor motors are likely to fail sooner.

I recently had to file a claim on my house because it flooded due to My warranty company installing the wrong size compressor in my A.C. unit.  

The temporary fix or the freon substitute is going to be +-50% of the cost of a totally new system with a 5 yr compressor warranty The home warranty will not work as pre existing conditions or repairs during the first 30 days are limited.  

If so I don't see that.I am no AirBnB expert these are just my observations.To me, nothing seems to set it apart from other places, but you guys did a great job fixing it up.I assume it has Air Conditioning (even though I don't see the compressor outside).Where did you learn to do this type of fix up(???)

No, that includes the "outside" unit (compressor and condenser) and "inside" (evaporator coil).

Your insurance will go up yearly, unexpected expenses will pop up that exceed your $200 maintenance budget…say an AC compressor that will cost $3,000 in one shot.  

That same day we had our HVAC guy over there to replace the compressor and it seemed to be warming up in the unit.

We get 18-cubic foot refrigerators for about $600 and they last an average of 10 to 15 years before the compressors conk out or the door seals deteriorate and we always keep 4 refrigerators and 4 stoves in our warehouse so we can exchange them fast.

Fortunately, we don't keep too many items at our flip, but a compressor and miter saw were stolen, along with some material we had just purchased.
