Just recently shied away from a possible STR in Conway after reading all of the news re: STR regulations/lawsuits/cease and desist citations.

You can't afford the mitigation and you'll never sell it once it's had the citation logged.

Long story short, the property was operating illegally, and the seller was trying to sell it before she gets citation from the town.

My understanding is that the fines follow the administrative citation rules.
