Those are just examples and I certainly would not use them as benchmarks of any kind, but just as general information.

Account Closed thank you i will do that, im trying to figure out what would be a good benchmark to go against for example, should the property i purchase be 10 to 20% below market value, should i buy short sales or foreclosures than rehab them refinance them than rent them out etc. something of that sort of line.

@John Heffner, While the 2% and now 1% thing that are supposedly rules are good benchmarks I'd encourage you as you move forward in your search to dig a little deeper into the true ROI of your properties. 

If you want to have something aspirational, pick one strong suit you want to play to and benchmark with other investors. 

After the agent has met the benchmark for the year, that agent keeps 100% of their commission check, after franchise fees. 

Focus on what demonstrably is not in line with the specific benchmarks required for each draw that you provided, things of that nature.
