Do brokers hang agents license for a monthly fee if yes what should I expect to pay? I am new agent who will be working part time and would like to keep my license active

@Rebecca Wadhwa

Welcome to the site.

Some brokerages have a flat month fee and others are based on commission splits. Seeing as you are a new agent I would look towards one that only charges a split as opposed to the monthly fee.
