the first two posts are a great suggestion, just want to throw another option at you to consider, you can use a grinder with a concrete blade and use it like a sander and blend the batch into the original wall area to make the patch blend in better with the wall then use a basement paint like Drylock or a water proofing that is painted on the walls, its a little thicker then just concrete paint and will help to cover up the patched area.

Today i sent my first batch of mailings as i`m prospecting for a SFH 3 bed 2 baths between 1100 sqft and 1600 sqft, i pulled a list of 500 absentee owners that bought their property before 1997, i`m marketing to them with a classic yellow letter with A2 Ivory invitation envelope, i hope to get around 5% response, i will also follow up with a postcard, a white letter and a zip letter once a month before i drop the list and move to the next one!

I know Brandon has been talking about writing for one-hour each morning.. that got me thinking about how I can batch my Operational work into a 30 minute morning session, with coffee of course. 

Today I:-Sent out my mid week batch of yellow letters-Listed 3 units I have available for rent.

It's probably not the most cost-effective method, but it worked well for small batches when starting out.

Brandon Foken Off of my first batch i mostly got curious callers asking about what i did and asking for a free appraisal.My second mailing (of 500) I got my first motivated lead, a very motivated lead.

I just got my materials for my yellow letters in so I'll be sending my first batch out soon.
