That being said school districts are important and convenient commutes to Redstone Arsenal.

Regarding "subject to" deals, I want to incorporate this strategy into my arsenal.

Not to a far from Redstone Arsenal and other major employers.  

It looked like, worst case scenario, each unit would take about 27 days to rent.By day 15 I had already pulled out every marketing tactic in my arsenal.

Seems like one of the critical tools in the arsenal is a calculator to plug-in parameters and compare various listings (by cash flow, projections over time, etc.).Does everyone build their own investment property calculators (on Excel etc) to compare units?
