After listening to years of podcast, and admiring from afar, I've finally gone PRO, and I'd just like to thank everyone who has participated in any BP podcast, because it has without a doubt helped my transition from Corporate to full-time real estate in 2019. 2 years later, things are better then ever, and now I can't wait to network and learn even more through this community!

I admire the heck out of your courage and am also more than a tiny bit jealous.

That is definitely admirable and inspiring to others out there.

I've heard some of your interviews and I really have to tell you that I admire what you've been able to accomplish in the apartment investing realm.As I mentioned in my reply to Tamiel, I do bring some value to the table other than some money.

I admire you going Pro right out of the gate.

And plan on having the ability to obtain Post Construction Bonding for a variety of issues.I applaud and admire your competitive spirit!

@Daniel Dadzie,It's admirable that you are trying to pull yourself out of a financial rut, but I would focus on saving first.

Because there are so many of these types of firms, I am a HUGE fan of BP and a lot of admiration of Joshua Dorkin for not selling out on the BP family.
