Katrina W. Website- good idea or not important?

I look at building websites like building cars - the manufacture build the frame, and the person who buys it add the accessories they want. The same applies to websites...All you have to do is come up with the content (accessories) and have a manufacture build you a frame (your website). It's really that simple, but I didn't say it is easy. You can do it though if you make time for it...If at all possible, start with 10 minutes a day planning it out.Keep it Wealthy,Dhane

It was a 3/2 and 1/1 with a separate garage (I planned to turn into an accessory dwelling unit - did not matter if permitted or not at that time).I chose to live in the larger unit and rented the 1/1 which covered 40% of the mortgage...if I did it the other way the 3/2 rent would've covered 75%.

It just seems more probable to find deals like that in the Midwest in comparison to even our more affordable areas here in the Greater Seattle Area like Everett and Tacoma. In terms of the House Hacking, I don't think that'll be a possibility for us for the same reason as yours :) I think the closest we could get to house hacking is building a Detached Accessory Unit/Mother-In-Law Suite in our backyard, which we could rent out for about $1000 to $1200 (Our neighbor has one and he's renting it out for that much).Lastly, I do agree that a partnership would be the best route and I'm very open to that idea.
