Perhaps I have an odd case but I paid $1.35M or $455 / sq ft for a 3,000 sq ft duplex on a 7,000 sq ft lot in Los Feliz.Once I add the ADU complex, which will be around $350K, it will be a quadplex, 4,600 sq ft of living space. 

It seems a stretch to pay for the Rig with Section 179.I would have development equipment onboard and dedicate a portion of the space to developmentI could put the companies logo on the side as advertisementGiven this, what tax strategies are actually practical?

And via the clustering we are utilizing green-space in a communal manner thus reducing foot-print of that BUT retaining such perception as each unit has walkout to what seems a BIG green space.
