For those of you who get lists from public sources, free or paid, they obviously are bloated with non qualifying leads that need to be trimmed like banks, LLC's, recently sold, etc.Beyond this I'm not 100% sure what I should be keeping on the list and what I should be eliminating.What are some traits you guys look for when filtering you lead lists?

I'd also throw in a new front door and white wood trim. 

If anyone has recommendations for a grey color for the wall and a trim that goes well that you use please tell me!

What might seem like small details like different trim or adding crown molding would double the time it takes to install it.

He started out as the assistant manager of trim and became the  VP of Operations for a well known National  I have identified several small lots and a few larger pieces the value is mind blowing.  

My guess is a 3/8" drywall was installed over existing plaster walls but no trim was removed, the drywall was just butted up against in. my brother-in-law is a contractor in central pa who does this, however to a much higher standard than what this was done in. 

Paint trim/walls and a good cleaning will be all that's needed to get the place ready for rent again.

If overgrown, just have them trimmed.

CUTE and in good shape 3 BR Cape Cod (aka bungalow to Detroit folk)  I want to paint it a lovely colonial blue with white trim.

Those doors and trim that look good enough to keep when you first walk through a property in bad shape will look pretty rough once everything else around them is new and/or freshly painted.
