(Sorry I know this was a long post)Ever thought about diving into real estate investing while still in high school?

Would appreciate pros and cons of each based on your experience.The location has decent visibility on 355 and surrounded by residential, Clarksburg outlet mall, good schools, business etc.

Until out of school and then it's straight into the pit and good luck fighting for survival, get with reality and all that....... 

If you are graduating from Medical school and starting a residency, typically you will match in March and get your contract in April/May. 

If you sign a lease with a nursery school teacher and CPA with credit scores of 800+ with a 3-year-old, what’s the likelihood that they will suddenly start cooking meth and destroying your property?

I could not be happier.The site does look a little old-school as others have referenced, but there is not a single piece of functionality missing that I wished it had.

Leasing within the school cycle, parents, and turnovers.

I can say that I was not present for almost an entire year with my kiddos... but I can now take them to school, take off a wednesday and make it a zoo day as well as many other cool perks.

Old school investors typically value it more.
