The % of MLB rookies who hit a home run in their debut at bat is miniscule. 

But the seams started to fail (and curl) and floor imperfections were broadcast through the product much more than in the 3.8mm version.

We broadcast our empty units on Zillow and literally the next day we have 30-50 inquiries and can have 5-7 applicants within 24 hours.  

About the only thing you can automate is sending out broadcast marketing messages.

The cool thing is tho, it's like a 1-second hand-off to your cell so there is absolutely no delay or goofy prompts - the caller goes immediately thru and has no idea that the number is not a direct line.I don't want to broadcast the name of the vendor here, but if you're interested in checking out their service directly, just PM me and I'll give their name/website.

@Eli KingIve really liked cozy because they broadcast your listing to about 3 other home search sites when marketing property.

It tracks and collects your tenants payments, and automatically deposits into your bank account and SO MUCH MORE… applies late fees, tracks tenant / unit expenses, has a tenant facing web portal for reporting maintenance issues and collecting rent and on and on… screens new tenants, broadcasts your rentals for rent, etc!
