My two cents is that the non-live broadcast is a commonly used marketing tool If it was "live" when it was first broadcast, then it is not a "scam" in my opinion but a rebroadcast that does not disclose that fact (not as professional as it could be).

In reality, they're just broadcasting that they have no experience.

First off, major respect for transitioning from MLB to RE—it’s a whole new kind of game, right? 

I work with some pro athletes as well NFL and MLB so I definitely understand where you are coming from. 

They are still advertising for Sunrise Capital in the podcast, and broadcasted a new phone number in that show.
