General Contractor Suggestions in Kansas City
I am in the planning stages of doing my second deal. I previously lived in Kansas City and did the renovations on my first rental property myself with the project ending and lease signed in December of 2018. I have since moved to Rhode Island and am in the planning stages of doing my second deal. Part of this planning stage is trying to find a Kansas City contractor that other investors have used in the area for my next renovation. Ideally, if someone has a recommendation of a general contractor who has, or can work, with out of state investors would be great. What are some contractors recommendations from investors in the Kansas City area?

@Account Closed I can't help with your Kansas City question but let me know if you need any RI resources or thoughts on your second deal (if the latter and you want to post it to BP too, maybe under a different thread).
