So I pretty much want to find someone who can just evaluate my properties with data and experience and tell me what to do, like a consultant.I did the pitch for the BNB Investor Academy, currently $12k btw, and I was a little bummed because it seems like more of a school, and when I messaged Michael on IG he said it wasn't a school and that I should sit through the pitch.

Exactly what i was looking for The other commentators have added a lot of good info and value - I would chime in though one thing to look at closely is the property type - is it a true "log cabin" or more of a single family residence with "Cabin style" finishings?

just scan MLS listing agents have no clue as to timber value.buy land for cash log timber resell.. this works in most all areas that has marketable timber. land flipping..
