I don't ever recommend someone buy a property having never seen or been there.It sounds like @Dustin Hagemaier would be a great resource for you.

Ranking on Google is extremely difficult and takes a ton of resources as there is so much competition.

Airdna is a good resource and tool, but I wouldn't rely solely on that platform for data.
