The point is that distressed areas have such prices because it is difficult to invest there, and areas that appreciated the most rapidly may well have peaked to unaffordable levels.I saw a podcast recently where it was claimed that high-end grocery stores like Whole Foods Market and Trader Joe's are a good indicator of a high-end neighborhood.

Make sure your getting commerical discounts (we go down to 150 for ex) if your going to be a repeat customer, and make sure they use aliphatic acrylics before signing (when you ask if they squirm, they dont even know their chemicals).

There are hundreds of institutional public and private bankers, hedge fund managers and institutional traders in big legal trouble these days.The way these deals are presented and supposedly done in this "bulk asset" private broker black market industry is absurd.
