Ok for some reason my reply got posted before I was done.Long story short: they wanted about $1400 for the coaching program.I'm not saying that it's not worth it, but I wasn't too thrilled abut their delivery on trying to get me sold on it.

They have to coordinate the execution of the documents with the delivery of the capital (<---- the "important" stuff).

Don't know what area you live in, or what kind of skills you have, but in most areas Delivery of some sort would be the hours you are looking for, and tips may be good... agian, if you are in Alaska, it may not be a good choice, but it would be in most areas???

She is a different person with a different style. a different delivery, she reads different things in people, she notices different things when she walks into a room.

If you pay someone cost plus or hourly they have little incentive to delivery early or on budget.
