Yeah, that would feel a lot harder than "find a wholesaler", because every where you turn seems there is 10 wholesalers who according to them, they all have the golden ticket, just ask them.

I know this is a loaded question, but my goal is to be able to be financially independent in 10 years or so without having golden hand cuffs and prefer annual yields that are better than the stock market norm of 7-8% annual.Thanks for any advice!
