My agent was upset at me for going over his head and told me it is inappropriate to talk to the selling parties.I think that had we used the correct purchase contract in the beginning though, with the clause that requires the seller to produce the records in question, all this drama would have been avoided. 

She stated if I get the meter installed the bill could go up or down and it's strictly based off the tenant water usage.

Shopping the pricing can help reduce some but you need to find ways to reduce usage. 

I'm certainly not a fan of Cap & Trade, but what pisses me off much more than the bill is how the bill was pushed through congress -- complete and utter partisan politics, inappropriate last minute changes and additions, and flat-out egregious posturing bordering on fraud.

This is not only practically wise insurance but also will pyscologically allow you the freedoom to reject inappropriate tenants and wait longer for a solid tenant to appear.

In reading the fire report it was stated as the cause: "excessive usage of fireplaces over time that had an ongoing pyrolysis to the wood structure members."

. #1, the "illegal" unit is subject rent control, as is the other "unit" of the SFR, because it is being operated as 2 units (rent control law follows usage, not just actual structure..)

You have a sound reason to  complain and I would also ask for $$$ for extra for electrify usage for the dehumidifier use as this is huge power usage. 

We add an additional garbage can, additional water usage but these numbers work.
