What I do is subscribe to various free MLS auto searches based on the types of properties I am interested in (realtor.com for MLS & zillow.com for FSBOs).

However, if you made a sole blog feed (via RSS) just for testimonials, you could then subscribe different platforms to that feed, and they could all be 'data-ized' that way.

I'd suggest using Zillow (or similar) to subscribe to a location and property type to send you automatic emails of home listings.
