Most expensive title cleaned in Georgia?

Hi All,

I am interested in a property, the current owner is deceased. He bought a lot of places through tax sales and didn't clean up titles on some of them.  What is the most you've ever seen to clean up a messy title in Georgia? I thought I might jump in and make an offer with that factored in to the price.
