Of course, you also need a casualty policy because your liability policy and limited liability entity don't protect you from damage that happens to the property from storms, accidents, fires, etc.

I would advise such an opinion will be both personally litigious if an accident ever occurred at your company.Epidemiologically speaking there is no safe exposure to lead so you are 100% correct the number keeps being reduced…just don’t expect those reductions to stop anytime soon.
