New member in Northern Virginia
Hello all, I am new to the site and I look forward to all of the education and advice this site has to offer! I'm a licensed real estate broker in Northern Virginia and have been slowing working my way in to the investment market. I am currently focusing on "flipping" but I have had rental properties in the past. Real Estate is my passion and I couldn't imagine working in any other industry.
I stumbled upon this site today while searching for available insurance plans for a property that you are going to flip. This site was more than helpful and after I found my answer to that, I began reading through the rest of the site. Naturally I had to sign up!
