I find all white stressful and harsh.

I also realize I'm the property owner, and I'm not there to parent them, but I do want to make sure they are happy (within reason) and protect my investmentOne roommate has a dog and is accusing the other of "disciplining" the dog possibly hitting it (which I doubt but who knows), and bottom line there's just drama. 

After we both agreed, she had some ex boyfriend drama that ended in a broken window and scared tenants, so I ended up telling her I'm not renewing her lease and I was gonna remodel that unit.

.: Don't get involved in personal drama, ever.Tell them they are adults and need to figure it out or move out.

Or they seek to make the business relationship more of a personal one and invite all of the drama that that entails.4.

Also another idea I have is Ketchikan is a huge tourist destination, our population doubles in the summer months, but I have an in with a tourist company that I could rent a multi family by room to increase my income, and the tourist company would deal with most of the drama that the tenants would have if the problem pokes its head up.

If they are an idiot drug dealing drama-laden argumentative crazy person, they will be very obvious about it on their page.

They’re also semi illegal and if there’s ever drama and someone calls the cops they can be shutdown under an illegal hotel.

the public just does not realize the drama and work involved with many of these folks.

I know that sounds really harsh but I have wasted too many years and its time for me to make a change.
