I did a demo with them a few days ago and the rep told me that if an owner/manager has less than 5 properties posted, their data isn’t counted.

There are a WHOLE lot of steps before the demo that you're ignoring...Financing, acquisition, knowing how to analyze deals, knowing how to determine ARV, knowing how to determine rehab costs, etc.I would recommend spending a couple weeks/months reading here on BP and try to figure out all the questions you're not yet asking...

I'm pretty sure that area is fairly expensive alreadyPS as far as the 6th street bridge I read that they are demoing and are ahead of schedule... now that's a surprise

I just listed my 2nd today and have started demo on my 3rd.

I had 4 roommates comfortable living in the house while construction was going on, I just made sure to get the demo and floors down right after away.

These people are going to rip out whatever they see regardless and have witnessed 10k worth of fresh marble being with the demo crew moments after closing. 

Basement was largely unfinished - we completed the demo, adjusted the layout to add a 3rd bedroom, and finished.

The property was gutted down to a shell and was supposed to be a pop top, but progress stopped after the demo work.  

Left Main by Salesforce is what a lot of the larger shops like to use; I'd ask them for a demo.
