Second is if they say they're going to do something, do they do it in a timely fashion. 

I am in no way form or fashion fit to give the 15-$30,000 to enter the Mastery Program and I refuse to take out credit cards and do other drastic things getting myself into further debt like I've seen from other reviews.

My suggestion is find something that will or already is cash flowing 1% and buy it the old fashioned way with 20% down.Don’t be afraid of bad neighborhoods.
