The evidence I have witnessed clearly points to Morris and Morris Investment violating Indiana real estate laws selling and representing sales of properties for sale, in a commercial capacity, without a license.  

So, your witnesses and your vote and your Proxy vote are meaningless with an HOA.

Guessing but apparently the tenants teenage son was arrested for, we think for drugs.I am at my wits end with all this and am talked to my realtor to just sell the place.

I have lots of colleagues who have helped clients go this route and I'm closing on my first transaction wit them in 2 weeks!

Or should I start out wit a duplex or something similar?
