Autumn Property Management
Hi guys, I'm an out of state investor and have one property in Detroit. Currently have a tenant that use to be section 8 as of 3 months ago so there aren't any rents coming in. Anyways for whatever reason I haven't been able to get any communication going from Autumn Property Management. Does anyone have any recommendations on a better property management team? I'm at my wits end here!

No communication from your Property Manager in three months? File a complaint with the State.
@Drew Sygit can give you more accurate advice and help you with finding a property manager.
