@Melissa Relf Welcome.I've got to agree with @Cameron Norfleet that an MBA and a Real Estate license may be an unnecessary sidetrack...IMHO - I'm not a Team Member guy because that implies we share in the Profit but not the Responsibility.

After all they have just saved you on unnecessary postage.The above are just some thoughts I have about my own campaign, I am open to any criticism or comments.

I felt that my actually taking title to list and resell was an unnecessary economic burden on me and a future buyer and the policy would create money damages for me and the future buyer.

Yes I have seen some of these issues other places too but find it ridiculous and unnecessary when I can do just as well if not better (due to the additional costs/time) other places and avoid the headaches.

If you treat her as a contractor, even less because she'll have to pay all of her own taxes.So....in the final analysis, it seems to me you are really bending over backwards, creating unnecessary infrastructure just to (MAYBE)  save a few pennies.

I would argue you really only need 5 components for Rehab Project Management:Estimation & Budgeting - Tool to help estimate construction costs & create a Scope of WorkGantt Scheduling - Tool to build timelines of major project tasks, milestones and deadlinesTask Management - Tool to manage day-to-day tasks and to-dosOverall Calendar - Tool that populates all of your Schedules & Tasks into one Calendar view (ideally integrates w/ Google Calendar)Budget/Expense Tracking - Tool to track your actual project costs against your initial budgetEverything else seems unnecessary in my opinion.

In my humble opinion, It's completely unnecessary to recreate the wheel and repeat rookie mistakes.

I'm afraid of stirring up unnecessary trouble.
