The plan helps you break it down into tiny tiny steps so that is less overwhelming and also easier to get momentum going.

It’s not a tiny bank, they probably have about 20 branches but they keep their loans in-house so they do a very thorough vetting process.

Each tiny towns has its own building codes, believe it or not. 

The more I think about it, "micro-cabins" are probably the way to go.. or maybe even THOW's (Tiny Homes on Wheels).

Is it tiny or huge?

I think the biggest question that comes up when I am working with investors in the area is whether or not structures like this would be considered REAL PROPERTY vs. a Tiny Home (more like a manufactured home).
